JOANNEUM RESEARCH (JRS) is an applied research organisation with 7 research units and around 500 employees, jointly owned by the federal provinces of Styria, Carinthia and Burgenland, headquartered in Graz in the south east of Austria. One of those is the Institute for Digital Technologies (DIGITAL), with an expertise in developing innovative solutions with digital technologies, intelligent sensor systems and artificial intelligence, which participates with its Intelligent Vision Applications research group.

In DynaCITY, JRS works on scene understanding from sparse data, interaction with multimodal content using large language models and contributes to AI-related standardisation activities.

A.B. INSTITUTE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT LTD is the result of a 17 years old operation of the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (IED) – an organization committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancement of entrepreneurial spirit in all aspects of the economy including education. AB iED is established with the aim to support businesses, combining management, consulting, training with technological tools and cutting-edge applications. In order to achieve our goals, we have adopted a human-first approach; we cooperate with social, academic and business partners from across Greece, Europe and abroad.

Founded in 1585, the University of Graz (UoG) is the second oldest university in Austria. With about 30.000 students and 4.700 employees, it is one of the largest institutions of higher education in Austria. The DynaCITY project involves researchers from the Cognitive Science Section (CSS; https://cognitive-science.at/) that is part of the Department of Psychology. The CSS consists of an interdisciplinary team and targets research fields where cognitive psychology meets IT & AI. More precisely, its research areas encompass the fields of technology-enhanced learning and related technologies, decision making and decision support systems, adaptation and personalization, cognitive modeling, human factors in secure society research, and user-centered evaluation of computer applications.

Raising the Floor is an international organization working to advance social equity through digital inclusion. Through research, design, and technology development, we work to ensure digital systems serve the full diversity of humanity – across ability, language, culture, gender, age, and more.

CERTH is the largest R&D centre in Greece with over 1000 employees. It comprises five institutes with ITI being the most populous. It is consistently listed among the top competitively-funded EU research institutes. Visual Computing Lab has been active since 2005, has over 300 publications and currently participates in more than 30 projects. Its expertise revolves around Computer Vision, 3D, XR, AI, Health & Security.

Sensative also develops ultra-thin, long-life LoRaWAN sensors for buildings, infrastructure, mobility and public spaces.

Superwien Urbanism is a Vienna-based consultancy that specializes in urban planning, urban design, landscape planning, and research. Since its establishment in Austria in 2017, Superwien has grown into an international, interdisciplinary firm dedicated to promoting inclusive, resilient, and sustainable urban development. Superwien works on projects ranging from metropolitan and regional planning to strategic development concepts, master plans, public space design, placemaking, sustainable mobility systems and climate-resilient urban transformation. Superwien specializes in participatory planning and co-creative planning processes. The company supports public institutions and international partners by facilitating integrated, co-creative planning processes that combine spatial diagnostics, inclusive stakeholder engagement, strategic urban design, and implementation-oriented planning frameworks. Superwien has completed over 100 projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The company has extensive experience translating urban analyses, shared visions, and dialogue-oriented planning processes into practical strategies, actionable roadmaps, and site-specific implementation concepts.
